Ken’s Cookin’ in the Craft Farm Kitchen
Zaney Girl Chicken Cordon Bleu–Ken’s recipe! Easy to make and great for carry in dinners. 1 bag southern style hash browns, 1 large can mushroom soup, 1 package diced ham, 1.5 cups shredded swiss cheese, 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese, diced chicken (1 cup per person), bake at 350 for 1 hour, top with french fried onions and broil until crispy. Served it Saturday at the Craft Farm for our scrapbook retreat guests with steamed asparagus and salad. YUMMY!

They offer amazing home made crafts of all kinds, scrumptious food, and loads of fun! More than 25000 people from all over the Midwest come to Thornville for this weekend craft show. Staying with us makes it a perfect get-away weekend! We have 9 spots open at Zane Trace Inn for a Weekend Escape for only $175 per person plus the Back to School Special Super Saver Weekend for only $800 at the Craft Farm.

Join us for a very special weekend on July 13 – 15 at the Craft Farm. You will sooooooo love the menu. KEN’S PIZZA. 2 times that weekend. Plus you go home with recipes. Plus you go home with frozen dough. $275 per person, everything included for this very special weekend with Chef Ken as the chief cook. First come, first served.
