Cancellation policy
The $50.00 per person deposit is non-refundable. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to retreat. If you cancel your reservation within two weeks of your check-in date, your weekend balance is non-refundable unless you can fill your spot. If we cancel the weekend for any reason, for acts of God (weather), we will do whatever we can to get your retreat rescheduled at the earliest available date. If for some reason we cannot reschedule, we will refund your money. We will work with individuals for true emergencies.

Effective October 1, 2010, there will be a five percent charge on Mastercard and Visa payments. Also, there is a $40 fee for all returned checks.
